GetCurrentDataAndTime Function

The GetCurrentDateAndTime function gets the current date and time in an ISO format.  Code will be generated for Windows as well as for iSeries platforms.

The GetCurrentDateAndTime function is called by the functions CreateSession, ValidateAndUpdateSession, and TimeOutExpiredSessions.

For iSeries implementation, the scoped RpgGetCurrentDateAndTime API function is called.
